Last week, we had a special crochet night. I cooked following Aida's suggestions of having one pasta & two sauces. One of the sauces was adapted from one of Jamie's recipes. I had to adapt it because we could not find parsnip - used courgette - and we had to do something ligth - used low-fat bacon. The other sauce is my grandma's recipe and it is not a secret, but neither a recipe. It is a simple tomato sauce that cooks for long with onions, garlic and many herbs (basilicum, spring onions, parsley, oregano).
